- Content you upload: photos, videos, captions, comments, and other materials you submit to the Service.

- Usage data: interactions with the Service (such as screens viewed, features used, and performance metrics).
- Crash and diagnostics data: crash logs and related troubleshooting information.

3) Optional AI / Automated Processing Features
Some features may allow you to generate or enhance content (for example, transforming an image or generating a result from text) using automated processing.
- User control: You decide whether to upload content for generation or automated processing.
- Processing location: If you use these features, the uploaded images and/or text are processed on our own servers.
- No third-party sharing: We do not share this uploaded input or the generated output with third parties for these processing tasks.
- Deletion: Once processing is completed, the uploaded input and generated output are deleted from our servers without undue delay.
- No training/marketing: We do not use your photos or generated outputs to train models or for advertising/marketing purposes.
4) Photos, Face Data, and Biometrics
- We do not perform facial recognition and do not collect or use biometric identifiers or biometric information for identification.
- If you choose to upload photos, they are used to provide the Service and any features you choose to use.
- For any one-time generation/processing features, content is processed and then deleted as described above.
- By default, your personal media remains stored locally on your device unless you choose to upload it to the Service.
5) Sharing and Disclosure
We share information only as needed and in the following cases:
- With your consent: when you direct us to share information or make content public.
- Service providers/processors: trusted vendors that process data on our behalf (for example, hosting, analytics, crash reporting, customer support tools, and security services). They are authorized to use information only to perform services for us and must protect it.
- Legal and safety: to comply with law, lawful requests, or legal process; to protect the rights, safety, and security of NailStream, our users, or others; and to detect and prevent fraud or security issues.
- Business transfers: in connection with a merger, acquisition, financing, reorganization, or sale of assets, subject to this Privacy Policy.
When sharing, we aim to disclose the minimum necessary information.
6) International Transfers
Your information may be processed in countries other than where you live. Where required, we use appropriate safeguards for cross-border transfers, such as Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs) or other lawful mechanisms.

- After account deletion: deleted or anonymized within 30 days, subject to legal requirements and legitimate security needs.
- Usage analytics: retained for up to 12 months.
- Support communications: retained for up to 6 months.
- Optional AI/automated processing inputs/outputs: deleted without undue delay after processing is complete.
9) Your Rights and Choices
Depending on your location, you may have rights to:
- Access, correct, or delete your personal information.
- Restrict or object to certain processing.
- Withdraw consent where processing is based on consent (for example, location permissions).

10) Age Limit (17+)
The Service is intended for people aged 17 and older. We do not knowingly collect personal information from individuals under 17. If you believe a minor has provided us personal information, contact us and we will take steps to delete it.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will update the “Effective Date” above and, if changes are material, provide notice within the Service or by other reasonable means.
